Picture this: you’re an outdoor furniture company that’s just about ready to go into the busiest months of the year. The newest inventory has just arrived, and you’ve blocked off time (most likely a lot of it) to manually input hundreds of new products into your online store. Excel quickly becomes your best friend, as you scramble to find the right photos that match the SKUs and descriptions of your product. As the thermometer rises, so does your stress level, and while you’re busy trying to update the description of this season’s most popular outdoor furniture set, customers are seeing a blank description with the name: PROD#123_ABC. Enter the Logicbroker Platform.
Out of the box, the Logicbroker portal provides powerful, yet simple to understand, configurable performance scorecards for both retailers and suppliers. Retailers can monitor their suppliers’ performance and ensure everyone adheres to their service level agreements (SLAs) while suppliers can track how they are performing and scoring with their retailer integrations. The overall scores are based on a letter grade ranging from A+ to F, and are weighed based on 3 parameters: shipment time, percent shipped, and percent cancelled.
