Analysis

With more shopping time due to an earlier Thanksgiving, customers are certainly not procrastinating when it comes to holiday shopping. If we take a moment to look at November eCommerce sales processed through Logicbroker as a whole, our top 10 customers had a YOY growth of 115%. Our top 50 customers had YOY growth of 144% compared to November of 2017. This speaks to the fact that more and more consumers are completing purchases online. As order volume begins to settle over the next few weeks, this is a wonderful time to analyze your data from Black Friday Weekend, reflect on success, and discuss areas for improvement for 2019. These results and plans of action will help you enter 2019 strong, and set the stage for a more seamless holiday shopping season.

Conclusion

It’s a great time to be in eCommerce! The industry continues to shatter records and display tremendous growth. We’re looking forward to wrapping up a successful 2018 and gearing up for an even better year in 2019!
